The application of cyclodextrin in transdermal drug delivery preparation has been favored by more and more domestic and foreign researchers.However, at present, cyclodextrin is difficult to be used alone as a percutaneous absorption accelerator, which needs to be used in combination with other commonly used percutaneous absorption promoters to play a role of supplementary drug percutaneous absorption. 
The application of sbe-ace-cd in the transdermal drug delivery preparation can increase the percutaneous permeability of the drug, thereby improving the bioavailability, solubility and stability of the drug, preventing the loss of volatile components and covering up bad smells.
